Role Description

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can efficiently manage and scale Meta, Google, and Amazon ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of performance metrics, audience targeting, and creative testing. A basic understanding of Shopify is essential to implement minor CRO (conversion rate optimization) changes to improve overall site performance and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Perform keyword research and audience segmentation.
• Make minor updates on Shopify (banners, layout tweaks, product placements) to improve user journey and conversion rates.
• Report on ad performance and suggest actionable insights.
