Pixel Portal is looking for a driven Performance Marketer & Social Media Manager to help scale our premium clients across the fitness, real estate, and education sectors. If you know how to build a brand's aesthetic while driving serious ROI, we want to talk to you.

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR (On-site/Hybrid - Adjust as needed) Compensation: 35,000 / month Role Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

Performance Marketing: End-to-end execution of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. You'll be responsible for scaling budgets, optimizing for ROAS, and generating high-quality leads.
Social Media Management: Plan and execute engaging content calendars, manage social profiles, and keep a pulse on the latest digital trends.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, run A/B tests on creatives, and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our design and video teams to ensure ad creatives and social content meet our premium, modern aesthetic standards.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience running profitable lead-gen and conversion campaigns.
A strong portfolio showcasing social media growth and grid management.
Familiarity working with diverse niches (B2B, retail, fitness, etc.).
A proactive, ownership-first mindset.
