Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 34 years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns and driving measurable growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid media platforms, data analysis, and campaign optimization to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance channels.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and marketing tools.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, audience segments, and scalable marketing strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights to support marketing decisions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
  • Good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing are preferred.
  • Experience working in startups, agencies, or high-growth companies is a plus.
