We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketer who can deliver measurable results through paid ads.

Responsibilities:

• Manage & scale Google Ads and Meta Ads with ROI focus
• Optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions & rankings
• Run A/B testing on ads, creatives & landing pages
• Share clear performance reports with insights

Requirements:

• 24+ years hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
• Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 & Search Console
• Proven experience in lead generation or eCommerce
• Data-driven, performance-oriented mindset

Salary: 15,000 30,000 / month (based on skills & performance)
