Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager – SaaS (India & Dubai Markets)

Location: Noida

Experience: 4–8 Years

Industry: SaaS / B2B / B2C Tech

Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing professional with deep expertise

in SaaS growth and hands-on experience managing India and Dubai (UAE) markets. The

ideal candidate should have strong command over Meta, Google, JioHotstar, and other

digital advertising platforms, with a clear understanding of full-funnel SaaS metrics and

revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns for SaaS products across India & UAE markets.

● Manage paid campaigns on:

○ Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

○ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

○ JioHotstar Ads

○ Other platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Programmatic, Native as applicable)

● Drive lead generation, trials, demos, and paid conversions for SaaS products

● Own CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPL, CPA, MRR, ARR and funnel performance

● Build and scale full-funnel strategies (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention)

● Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and messaging

● Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams for aligned GTM execution

● Analyze performance dashboards and share weekly/monthly growth reports

● Manage and optimize high ad spends with strong ROI focus

● Stay updated with platform changes, privacy policies, and market trends Required Skills & Expertise

● 4–8 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS

● Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads & Google Ads

● Experience running campaigns on JioHotstar and large-scale media platforms

● Proven experience in India & Dubai (UAE) markets

● Deep understanding of SaaS funnels, subscription models, and cohorts

● Strong analytical skills with tools like GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, HubSpot, Clevertap, etc.

● Experience with landing page optimization and CRO

● Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth numbers

Good to Have

● Experience in B2B SaaS or high-ticket SaaS

● Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads for B2B

● Exposure to international scaling and multi-currency campaigns

● Basic understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing
