Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Account Strategy: Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for multiple client accounts simultaneously.

2. Media Planning & Budgeting: Manage and scale high-volume monthly budgets, while ensuring optimal pacing and hitting aggressive CPA/ROAS targets.

3. Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for performance-related queries. Lead weekly/monthly reporting calls and follow data driven strategies for the clients.

4. Advanced Optimization: Perform continuous A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to drive incremental growth.

5. Technical Setup: Oversee pixel implementation, GTM tracking, and attribution modeling to ensure data integrity across the marketing stack.

6. Creative Briefing: Collaborate with the creative team to brief high-performing ad formats based on historical performance data and platform trends.

Required Skills and Experience

1. Agency Veteran: Minimum 35 years of experience specifically within a digital marketing or performance agency. You must be comfortable managing 7+ clients at once.

2. Platform Mastery: Certified and highly proficient in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) and Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with programmatic or niche platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.

3. Conversion Focus: Deep understanding of the post-click experience, including Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page strategy.

4. Growth Mindset: A proven track record of scaling accounts from scratch and turning around underperforming campaigns.
