Role Description
This is a full-time position, The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Daily tasks include managing advertising budgets efficiently, optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, implementing A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on business goals. The role requires a commitment to delivering measurable results and staying ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in paid advertising channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Hands-on experience in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data analysis
- Proficiency in using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in edtech or a similar industry is a plus
