The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Junior Performance Marketer to join our team in Calicut, India. In this full-time, on-site role, you will work closely with our team to develop, execute, and optimize data-driven digital campaigns for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate self-starter with foundational experience to grow their skills and career.

Location: Mavoor, Calicut, India (On-site job)

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up and launching paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.

• Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR) and support the creation of client reports.

• Optimization & Testing: Learn to conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve campaign performance.

• Budget Management: Help manage and allocate advertising budgets under the guidance of a senior marketer.

• Collaboration: Work with our creative and content teams to ensure all ad assets and messaging are effective and on-brand.

• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a performance marketing or similar role, either full-time or through strong internship experiences.

• Foundational knowledge of paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.

• A passion for all things digital marketing and a drive to achieve tangible results.

• Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
