Job Title: Performance Marketer / Ads Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for a performance-driven marketer who knows how to turn ad spend into real growth. You'll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube for a mix of lifestyle (F&B, fashion) and B2B brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube
- Build full-funnel strategies (awareness → conversion → retention)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for ROI, CAC, and ROAS
- Analyse data and derive actionable insights to improve performance
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and funnels to drive consistent growth
- Collaborate with creative teams for high-converting ad assets
- Track and report performance regularly with clear insights and next steps
Requirements
- 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
- Experience with lifestyle brands (F&B, fashion) and/or B2B
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and scale campaigns
