Position: Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Chennai

Department: Marketing & Brand Strategy

Reports to: Director (Sourabh) & Brand Heads

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative, execution-driven, and performance-oriented Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead the digital presence and growth of ATI Global and its multiple brands (including Madras Linen, Fabriana Italia, Poshaak, Expo properties, and future sub-brands).

This role is not just about posting content it is about building a powerful digital ecosystem that drives brand visibility, engagement, lead generation, and revenue across B2B and B2C segments globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution (All Platforms)

Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategy across:

Instagram

LinkedIn

Facebook

YouTube

WhatsApp Business

Pinterest (for fashion inspiration)

Twitter/X (for industry positioning)

Create monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with:

Product launches

Export focus countries (Sri Lanka, Dubai, USA, Europe)

Government schemes & textile updates

Trade fairs & exhibitions

Seasonal collections (festive, summer linen, etc.)

Ensure daily posting consistency:

Reels, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, Shorts

2. Multi-Brand Management

Handle marketing across:

ATI Global (B2B fabrics & exports)

Madras Linen (B2C apparel brand)

Fabriana Italia / Maestro (premium fabrics)

Expo & Events (Textile Vision Expo, etc.)

Future sub-brands (budget, blends, linen-look categories)

Maintain distinct brand identities while ensuring overall synerg
