About the Role

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Bing, etc.)
  • Optimise existing campaigns to drive subscriptions at set ROI.
  • To work with the creative team (internal and external) to create and optimize campaigns for paid channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering or Marketing) with certifications in Digital Marketing (and related fields)
  • 4-7 years of overall experience and good communication skills in English.

Required Skills

  • Hands on experience running ads for B2C businesses on Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook/Instagram (Meta) Ads (at least 3-4 years directly managing budgets over INR 20 lakh per month)
  • Experience with Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads, and other similar paid channels would be a brownie point
  • Comfortable with Google Analytics and other Analytical tools to help make decisions
  • Understand lookalike audiences, re-targeting/re-marketing, dynamic/shopping ads well, and you understand the right strategy to allocate budgets by audiences.
  • Experience with Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Quora Ads, and other similar paid channels would be a brownie point.
