Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale our paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

What You'll Do:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns — Search, Shopping, PMax, and Retargeting
2. Run and scale Meta Ads for lead generation and eCommerce, including retargeting and lookalike strategies
3. Monitor ROAS, CPL, and CPA daily — identify what's working and double down
4. Set up and maintain conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards
5. Test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve performance

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years. Must be updated with the latest AI tools and algorithm changes.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday — Office (On-site) Saturday — Half day, Work from Home (9 AM to 1 PM)
