Job Description

As a performance Marketing strategist support to develop integrated, innovative social media strategies, creates engaging content, manages campaigns, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and stays updated on trends and technologies to build brand awareness and achieve marketing goals. This role requires a blend of creative thinking for compelling content and analytical skills for data-driven decisions, often involving collaboration with design, copywriting, and marketing teams. 

Key Responsibilities

LOCATION: Greater Noida West, NXOne IT park

Exp: 2-5 years

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Execute campaigns aligned with business goals (leads, sales, installs, traffic).
  • Ensure correct campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and budgets.
  • Launch campaigns within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Planning content strategy for the client for various platforms along with research

KPI examples

  • Campaigns launched on time (%)
  • Budget utilization accuracy (±5%)

2. Performance & ROI Management

  • Achieve defined CPA, CPL, ROAS, CAC targets.
  • Optimize campaigns regularly to improve efficiency and scale results.
  • Reduce cost per conversion month-on-month.

KPI examples

  • Cost per Lead / Cost per Sale
  • ROAS / Conversion Rate
  • MoM performance improvement (%)

3. Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor daily performance and identify drop-offs or growth opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies.
  • Optimize based on data insights, not assumptions.

  • Performance uplift from optimizations (%)

4. Creative & Copy Collaboration

  • Coordinate with design, content, and video teams for high-performing creatives.
  • Provide clear briefs backed by performance insights.
  • Refresh creatives regularly to avoid ad fatigue.

  • Creative fatigue reduction (frequency control)

5. Tracking, Tools & Attribution

  • Ensure correct setup of pixels, conversion tracking, UTM tags, and events.
  • Use tools like GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager.
  • Identify attribution gaps and data discrepancies.

6. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Clearly explain what's working, what's not, and next steps.
  • Communicate risks, opportunities, and scaling plans proactively.

7. Budget & Scaling Strategy

  • Allocate budgets across channels based on performance.
  • Identify winning campaigns and scale them sustainably.
  • Prevent overspending or inefficient spends.

8. Market & Platform Awareness

  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, policies.
  • Research competitors and industry benchmarks.
  • Suggest new growth channels and experiments.

9. Compliance & Brand Safety

  • Ensure ads follow platform policies and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency.
