ETB2B was started 6 years back as an intrapreneurial venture where the idea was to go deeper within the different industries ETB2B runs specialized B2B media portals & communities covering news, opinion, analysis etc. These niche portals are either based on industry ( like auto, telecom etc) or function ( CIO, CFO etc). Role: Audience Acquisition - B2B Events & Communities

Location: Noida

About the Role

As part of the Audience Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding senior delegates (CXOs, VPs, Directors) for ETB2B's flagship conferences and communities across industries.

You will work across platforms like ET Pharma, ET Government, and ET CIO, contributing directly to building high-quality, senior-level audiences.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach, and high-impact conversations with industry leaders.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Delegate Research & Market Mapping

  • Identify and research target companies and senior stakeholders across industries (Pharma, Tech, Government, BFSI, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong database of CXO/VP/Director-level contacts
  • Stay updated on industry trends to improve outreach relevance

2. Delegate Acquisition & Outreach

Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns:

  • LinkedIn messaging
  • Email campaigns
  • Cold calling
  • Referrals and networking
  • Engage with senior decision-makers and communicate the value of ETB2B events
  • Schedule and manage delegate confirmation

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (Content, Marketing, Sales) to align on:
  • Target audience profiles
  • Event positioning and messaging
  • Share on-ground insights from conversations with delegates

4. Post-Event Engagement

  • Follow up with attendees for feedback and relationship building
  • Support retention efforts for future events and community initiatives

What We're Looking For

Core Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written + verbal)
  • Confidence in speaking with senior professionals
  • Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience

  • Associate: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / delegate acquisition / B2B outreach
  • Senior Associate: 3–6 years of relevant experience with proven target achievement
  • Experience in events, media, or B2B sales is a plus
