Role: Senior Influencer Marketing Associate

Position Overview

We are looking for a high-agency, hands-on Marketing Associate to join our Brand & Marketing team. This role is suited for someone who understands full-funnel marketing from brand building to demand generation, with strong exposure to PR, LinkedIn-led social presence, and brand thinking.

You should be comfortable owning execution end-to-end, working with agencies, and bringing sharp judgment on content, messaging, and design layouts.

  1. Brand, PR & Communications
  • Drive PR initiatives, including agency management, media outreach, and narrative building
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all external touchpoints
  • Identify and build thought leadership opportunities for leadership
  • Support brand positioning across both digital and offline channels

2. LinkedIn & Content-Led Social

  • Own and grow LinkedIn presence (brand + leadership profiles)
  • Build content strategy and calendar aligned to business goals (not vanity metrics)
  • Write and shape high-quality, insight-led content
  • Track performance and continuously refine content-market fit

3. Demand Generation & Marketing Execution

  • Support demand generation initiatives across digital and on-ground efforts
  • Work closely with performance and product teams to improve conversion journeys
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and execution with a clear focus on outcomes

4. Creative & Design Sensibility

  • Create clear creative briefs for internal/external teams
  • Have a strong eye for layout, design quality, and visual storytelling
  • Ensure all outputs are brand-consistent and high quality
  • Act as the bridge between strategy and creative execution

5. Agency & Cross-functional Management

  • Manage agencies across PR, creative, and content if required
  • Ensure speed, quality, and clarity in execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, performance, and leadership

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree; 2–4 years of experience

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to interpret data and derive insights

• Creative thinker with a strong bias for execution and outcomes

• Comfortable working with numbers and tools like Excel, Google Analytics, etc.

• Understanding of brand building + demand generation interplay

• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving marketing trends

• High attention to detail across content, data, and execution

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Eye for good design and layout quality

• Open to continuous learning and ownership-driven roles
