Role Overview
We are looking for a D2C Creative Strategist who can use data to decide what ad creatives to create and help improve performance marketing results.
This role focuses on creative strategy for paid ads, not execution.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze ad performance (Meta & Google Ads)
Identify what creatives, hooks, and formats are working
Plan new ad creatives based on data insights
Build and run a simple creative testing roadmap
Work with performance team and content creators to execute ideas
Continuously improve ROAS, CTR, and conversions
Requirements
2–6 years experience in D2C brand or performance marketing agency
Strong understanding of Meta Ads
Good knowledge of performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR)
Experience working on ad creatives (UGC, video ads, etc.)
Data-driven thinking with creative mindset
