About The Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join a growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in organic SEO and paid social media campaigns, along with a solid understanding of B2B digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute organic SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, keyword research, link building, and content alignment
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions, and prepare regular performance reports
- Manage the LinkedIn company page, including content publishing, audience growth, and sponsored campaigns
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create campaign creatives and landing pages
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends
- Support A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
Requirements
- 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience in organic SEO (on-page and off-page)
- Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Strong analytical mindset with good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
