- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse technical teams.
