Job Title: Pega Developer (CSSA Certified)

Experience Required: 4 -11 Years

Locations: First Preference (Bangalore), Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Delhi NCR

Job Description:

Design and develop Pega applications using best practices and coding standards.

Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.

Implement workflows, decision rules, and UI components within the Pega platform.

Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Maintain documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in Pega BPM development.

Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and design principles.

Hands-on experience with Pega versions 7.x, 8.x or later.

Certified Pega CSSA or LSA preferred.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
