Senior Pega Developer (CSA)
Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer (CSA) to design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale Pega applications. You will work closely with architects and stakeholders across the full SDLC, delivering scalable case management solutions aligned with Pega best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise Pega applications using Constellation
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Build and maintain integrations and data models
- Perform unit and integration testing
- Support deployments, releases, and post-production activities
- Troubleshoot complex technical and performance issues
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) MUST Have
- 58 years of hands-on Pega development experience
- Strong experience with enterprise Pega BPM implementations
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Technical Skills
- Pega BPM (case management, Constellation, guardrails)
- Enterprise integrations (e.g. Oracle, LDAP, Active Directory)
- Java/JEE, SQL, JavaScript, Web Services
- Application servers (JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere)
- Web servers (Apache, IIS); OS (Windows, Linux, AIX)

- Consulting experience
- CI/CD & DevOps exposure (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure)
- Test automation tools (PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit)
