Relevant PEGA Experience: 6+years

Min - 3+yrs of Healthcare Project Experience.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science / information systems or related field

6+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA application development

PEGA CSA Certification (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of PEGA Integrations

Experience with US Healthcare domain and Customer Service Framework

Hands-on experience in PEGA V8.x

Ability to lead design, development, testing, deployment, and production support

Experience working in SDLC, release management, and 24x7 support environments

Role Highlights:

Lead complex PEGA application enhancements

Mentor junior developers and contribute as Technical Lead when required
