Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Payroll Management : Processing payroll and handling full & final settlements.
- Employee Lifecycle Management : Managing joining and exit formalities.
- Record Maintenance : Creating and maintaining employees personnel records.
- Statutory Compliance : Ensuring timely filing of PF, P-Tax, LWF, ESIC, Bonus, and other statutory returns.
- Attendance Management : Overseeing time and attendance systems.
- MIS Reporting : Preparing accurate and timely Payroll & HR Operation Related reports.
- Insurance Administration : Managing employee health insurance, group Mediclaim, and assurance processes.
- Employee Operations : Handling general HR queries related to assigned responsibilities.
