Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • Payroll Management : Processing payroll and handling full & final settlements.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management : Managing joining and exit formalities.
  • Record Maintenance : Creating and maintaining employees personnel records.
  • Statutory Compliance : Ensuring timely filing of PF, P-Tax, LWF, ESIC, Bonus, and other statutory returns.
  • Attendance Management : Overseeing time and attendance systems.
  • MIS Reporting : Preparing accurate and timely Payroll & HR Operation Related reports.
  • Insurance Administration : Managing employee health insurance, group Mediclaim, and assurance processes.
  • Employee Operations : Handling general HR queries related to assigned responsibilities.
