Patient Care Specialist (PCS – Field Role)
Location: Delhi NCR (Home Visits Required)

About the Role
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to make a difference in mental health. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will visit patients at their homes and help them undergo therapy using our EASE device.
Your role is not just technical — it's about building trust, ensuring patients feel comfortable, and helping them stay consistent with their treatment.
What You'll Do
- Visit patients at their homes to conduct therapy sessions using the EASE device
- Explain the therapy process to patients and caregivers in a simple and reassuring way
- Ensure sessions are conducted properly and safely
- Track and record session details using our mobile app
- Share patient progress and any concerns with doctors and the clinical team
- Maintain hygiene and device safety at all times
- Provide emotional support and make patients feel at ease during sessions
- Report daily updates to your manager and share monthly summaries
Who This Role is For
- Graduates from any field (freshers welcome)
- Someone comfortable with field work and traveling locally
- Strong communication and people skills

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR
- Valid driving license
- Own vehicle is a must
- Basic comfort using mobile apps for reporting
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and English
