ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Sales team. You'll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and converting tech decision-makers across industries. This is a high impact role focused on outbound prospecting, booking discovery meetings, and collaborating with pre-sales and tech teams to drive deals forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads for Web App, Mobile App, and AI/ML development services
- Initiate contact and build relationships with CTOs, Product Managers, and Founders
- Schedule and conduct technical discovery calls and product demos
- Maintain and update all sales activities in HubSpot CRM
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Tech teams to prepare proposals, SoWs, and timelines
- Track and report deal progress, sales cycles, and technical objections
- Continuously improve outreach strategy based on feedback and data.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 40+ outbound touches per day (LinkedIn + Email + Phone)
- 810 discovery calls scheduled per week
- 2+ technical proposal discussions booked per week
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 13 years of experience in B2B tech services or product sales
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Cloud platforms, APIs, MVPs, and Mobile App workflows
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Comfortable on Zoom/video calls with senior stakeholders and tech leaders
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or equivalent sales platforms is a plus
- A proactive, metrics-driven approach with strong follow-up discipline
