We are looking for a driven Business Analyst to join our fast-growing e-commerce store. You will assist the Consumer Experience & Retention teams to analyse relevant data for various marketing channels such as online conversion rate, email marketing, SMS marketing, mobile app marketing and customer retention and lifetime value optimization. You will work in a creative team that develops assets for our online store and will analyse the performance of those assets in detail, crunch the numbers, and optimize them in order to drive and scale campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Explore and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improving campaigns and customer journeys
- Support the planning and execution of email, SMS, and push notification campaigns
- Work with creative and marketing teams to enhance conversion funnels and overall user experience
- Assist in running A/B tests and experiments to better understand customer behaviour
- Track key engagement and retention metrics and share insights with the team
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing strategies and campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, designers, and marketers to bring campaigns to life
- Take ownership of your work while learning and growing along the way
