Job Description

Position: Associate - Partnerships, Alliances & Educational Course Sales

•Core Expertise: MedCom and Digital Solutions, including Patient Education, CME Programs, Certificate Courses, Society Partnerships, Workshops, Conferences, Research, and RWE Studies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Build Strategic Partnerships
  • Drive Sales of Educational Programs
  • Work closely with the content, marketing, and tech teams to align offerings with partner needs and ensure smooth program execution.
  • Support Proposal and Pitch Development
  • Maintain and Nurture Relationships
  • Track Performance and Generate Insights
  • Monitor sales performance, partnership outcomes, and learner feedback to refine strategies and optimize program impact.

· Represent Hansa Medcell at conferences, webinars, and industry events.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-3 years of experience (Fresher).

· BDS degree with a strong interest in medical education, business development, or healthcare marketing.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Proactive, persuasive, and comfortable in a client-facing role.

· Prior experience in partnerships, sales, ed-tech, pharma, or healthcare communication is a plus.

· Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
