About the role
We're looking for someone to drive on-ground growth for Mitsu clinics by building strong, long-term relationships in the local ecosystem.
This is not a typical sales role.
You will work directly with the founder to ensure Mitsu becomes the default mental health partner for doctors, institutions, and communities around each clinic.
The role requires someone who is comfortable being on the ground, meeting people, and building trust over time.
What you will do
- Build and manage a referral network of doctors (Psychiatrists, GPs, gynecologists, etc.) around each clinic
- Develop long-term relationships with doctors through repeated interactions—not one-time meetings
- Drive local partnerships with corporates, and community groups
- Represent Mitsu in the local ecosystem and position us as a trusted mental health partner
- Identify and execute micro-market growth opportunities
- Track outreach efforts, relationships, and referral outcomes
Work closely with clinic and ops teams to ensure strong patient experience and follow-through
What success looks like
- A strong network of doctors who actively refer patients
- Increasing share of patients coming through referrals and partnerships
- Mitsu becoming a known and trusted name in the local micro-market
What we're looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in: healthcare / pharma partnerships / outreach / BD, OR early-stage startup roles with strong on-ground execution
- You are comfortable walking into a clinic, starting conversations, and building rapport
- You are persistent and follow through without being reminded
- You build relationships over time, not just chase quick outcomes
- You have good judgment and understand how to engage different stakeholders
- You are structured in your approach and can track multiple relationships
- Prior experience in healthcare is preferred, but not mandatory.
