We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Media Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead revenue growth by driving high-value client acquisitions and closing large-scale deals within the media and advertising ecosystem. This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels at building pipelines, converting opportunities, and delivering consistent revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue generation efforts through strong pipeline building, lead generation, and closures
- Identify and onboard brands, media agencies, and advertising partners
- Drive end-to-end sales execution from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
- Close high-value deals (₹1 crore+) and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to unlock new business opportunities
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat revenue and account growth
- Create and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pitches
- Work closely with internal teams to design custom media solutions for clients
- Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth avenues
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Media Sales / Ad Sales / Business Development
- Strong exposure to media, advertising, or digital ecosystem
- Proven track record in lead generation, deal closures, and revenue growth
- Experience handling large enterprise clients and agency relationships
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Highly self-motivated with a hunter mindset
