Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager Media Sales & Strategic Partnerships to lead revenue growth by driving high-value client acquisitions and closing large-scale deals within the media and advertising ecosystem. This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels at building pipelines, converting opportunities, and delivering consistent revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead revenue generation efforts through strong pipeline building, lead generation, and closures
  • Identify and onboard brands, media agencies, and advertising partners
  • Drive end-to-end sales execution from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
  • Close high-value deals (₹1 crore+) and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to unlock new business opportunities
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat revenue and account growth
  • Create and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pitches
  • Work closely with internal teams to design custom media solutions for clients
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth avenues

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in Media Sales / Ad Sales / Business Development
  • Strong exposure to media, advertising, or digital ecosystem
  • Proven track record in lead generation, deal closures, and revenue growth
  • Experience handling large enterprise clients and agency relationships
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
  • Highly self-motivated with a hunter mindset
