What's on offer
This is an 8-week contract-based role offering;
Remuneration: Base pay of approx. INR 90000*
Additional Performance Incentives: Up to 36000
*The remuneration is estimated for a group of 25 students for an 8-week unit that requires 10-15 hours of effort per week)

Work Flexibility
Commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week, 7 days a week.
Fully remote working model
Requirement of a stable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
Availability throughout the week as per the schedule
Roles & Responsibilities:
The LINC Fellow is expected to:
Provide subject matter guidance to a cohort of 25–30 postgraduate students
Conduct 1:1 academic support sessions
Guide students on course content and assessments
Perform assessment grading with detailed, constructive feedback
Manage and moderate weekly discussion forums
Support students in developing academic skills such as writing, research, and time management
Deliver timely, proactive, and personalised support to student queries
Engagement with students will take place via email, calls, and online platforms within defined availability hours.

Desired candidate profile:
Doctorate / Master's Degree in Management/ Business Administration or related field with distinction or first-class from a reputed institution
Minimum 5+ years of corporate and/or teaching experience
At least 3 years of formal teaching experience at a university or college (mandatory)
Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and collaborative approach
Ability to engage effectively with diverse, global learners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
High level of comfort with digital tools and platforms

Personal laptop
High-speed internet connection (>10 Mbps)
Availability Requirement
The candidate is expected to be available between 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM IST, 7 days a week, during which they may put in 1-2 hours of work based on student needs and marking load.
