About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP-HR Developer with strong expertise in SAP HR (HCM) technical development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR data structures, payroll, and reporting, along with a solid understanding of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support SAP ABAP solutions in HR (HCM) module
- Work on RICEF objects – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms
- Design and develop solutions for:
- HR Master Data
- Organizational / Work Structure (OM)
- Payroll Processing & related developments
- Calculation / Payroll-related reporting logic
- Develop and enhance HR Reports (ALV, Interactive, Logical DB – PNP/PNPCE)
- Create and modify HR Forms (SmartForms / Adobe Forms / SAP Scripts)
- Work on HR Infotypes, Payroll clusters, and Time Management data
- Implement Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Implicit/Explicit Enhancements)
- Develop Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, APIs, Web Services) for HR integrations
- Debug and resolve issues in standard and custom HR programs
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users for requirement gathering
- Ensure documentation, performance optimization, and code quality standards
Required Skills- Strong experience in SAP ABAP with focus on HR (HCM) module
- Hands-on expertise in:
- HR Master Data development
- Organizational Management (OM) / Work Structure
- Payroll (Schemas, Functions – technical exposure)
- Calculation logic & payroll-related reporting
- Good knowledge of:
- HR Infotypes & Logical Databases (PNP, PNPCE)
- ALV Reports, Interactive Reports
- SmartForms / Adobe Forms / SAP Scripts
- Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs)
- Interfaces (IDoc, RFC, Web Services)
- Experience in debugging SAP HR standard programs
- Basic understanding of Time Management processes
- Exposure to S/4HANA / SuccessFactors integration is a plus
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
