The Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) is a governmental body responsible for implementing urban planning policies and managing developmental projects to promote organized urban growth. This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner at the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), located in Coimbatore. The Owner will oversee the formulation, execution, and monitoring of urban development and planning projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include supervising planning initiatives, preparing reports, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and making key operational and strategic decisions to achieve organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Urban Planning, Regional Development, and Project Management
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of zoning regulations, urban policies, and legal compliance for land use
• Proficient in research, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience in overseeing large-scale projects, budget management, and resource allocation
• Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees (Master's) are a plus
• Prior experience in government or planning boards will be advantageous
