Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect, based in Coimbatore. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating project submittals, managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring compliance with sustainability practices, and optimizing designs through the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture-related tasks, including design development and construction documentation
• Experience in Project Management to effectively plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects
• Proven expertise in Submittals and review processes
• Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and a commitment to sustainable design
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for efficient design and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and relevant professional licenses (if required)
• Experience in designing contextually sensitive architecture is a plus
