Outreach Executive (LinkedIn Focus)
We're hiring an Outreach Executive (LinkedIn Focus) to manage daily LinkedIn outreach, engagement, and lead generation activities for multiple founder and business accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building, and initiating conversations, and wants hands-on experience in outreach, lead generation, and sales processes.
You will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and booking calls through LinkedIn.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for executing end-to-end outreach activities on LinkedIn.
From initiating conversations to qualifying prospects, you will manage the complete outreach and engagement lifecycle.
This role includes:
• Outbound messaging
• Lead generation
• Relationship building
• Basic content support
Ideal Candidate:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outreach for 4–5 LinkedIn accounts
• Send personalized connection requests and messages
• Run outbound messaging campaigns consistently
• Handle daily engagement (DMs, comments, interactions)
• Respond to inbound and outbound queries
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Book meetings/calls for clients
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM/trackers
Skills Required:
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Consistency and target-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn or outreach tools

Compensation:
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month +Performance-based incentives
