Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Officer position. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, supporting channel sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, following up on leads, conducting sales activities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities in the market and contributing effectively to sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Channel Sales and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment in Jaipur
- Previous experience in sales and financial services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
