Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical solutions for Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.
• Debug production payroll and Time and Labor issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Leverage HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher for seamless data loading, reporting, and extraction processes.
• Collaborate with end-users to ensure technical components meet business requirements and are defect-free.
• Develop and conduct unit, integration, and regression testing for robust and reliable technical components.
• Resolve any identified issues efficiently, delivering high-quality results.
