Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, configure applications, and support testing of Oracle HCM modules.

Work on implementation and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Taleo recruitment modules.

Design and configure career sites, candidate journeys, job application processes, and candidate selection workflows.

Identify and document specifications for reports, integrations, and system interfaces.

Work closely with technical teams to support development of reports, integrations, and system enhancements.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper functional support and system operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle HCM modules in a timely manner.

Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and smooth workflow execution across recruiting and onboarding processes.

Collaborate with third-party vendors and integration partners to support system integrations and enhancements.

Deliver high-quality project outputs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
