- 8+ years of hands on techno functional expertise in HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud with following f functionalities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing and Engagement
- Onboarding
- Integration
- Should have experience in developing / configuring ORC as per business requirements in following:
- Implement SMS and WhatsApp in communications for the Booster module
- Revise requisition templates
- Revise Offer Letter generation
- Well versed with Requirements gathering, Design, Development/configure and Unit Testing phases
- Excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills.
- Ready to work in 3:30pm - 11:30pm IST shift
