Oracle HCM Functional

Required Skills:

Experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.

Strong expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) OR Absence Management OR Payroll OR Talent and Fast Formula (added advantage)

Proven ability to design and configure complex absence accrual rules and time entry validations.

Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and payroll integrations.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
