Oracle HCM OTL Functional Consultant.

Required Skills:

Experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant.

Strong expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Absence Management, and Fast Formula.

Hands-on experience with UK Absence Management, including statutory leave types and compliance requirements.

Proven ability to design and configure complex absence accrual rules and time entry validations.

Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and payroll integrations.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
