Job Title: ORC and Core HR

Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong functional expertise in Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration across HR processes and providing functional support to business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation and enhancement of Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules.
- Configure enterprise structures, workforce structures, jobs, positions, and person management in Core HR.
- Manage recruiting setup, requisition templates, job offers, and candidate management processes in ORC.
- Perform end-to-end system testing, including UAT, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Support data migration and data loads (using HDL, HSDL, or spreadsheet loaders).
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support, including root cause analysis and resolution.
