Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HRMS Functional Consultant/Lead to drive the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR business processes and hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end Oracle HRMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, IRecruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Time & Labor (OTL), and Onboarding.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and translate them into Oracle HRMS configurations.
- Design and deliver solution blueprints, ensuring seamless integration with other functional and technical teams.
- Configure and test HRMS modules, ensuring compliance with business requirements.
- Provide user training and post-go-live support to ensure system stability.
- Hands-on expertise in Personalization, Workflow, and Design Studio for process enhancements.
- Exposure to HDL (HCM Data Loader), OTBI Dashboards, or SQL is a plus.
