Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems and Processes
- Implement and optimize HR systems and workflows to streamline HR operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with data privacy and security standards using internal ATS.
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support organizational goals.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee growth.
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring alignment with the companys mission and vision.
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to attract and retain top-tier talent across departments.
- Design and implement effective strategies for employee retention, career development, and succession planning.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Develop programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR Management or a similar senior HR role, preferably in staffing or recruiting industry (300+ employees).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Certifications: any HR certifications are a plus
