Job Description:
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS and at least one end-to-end HRMS implementation as a lead. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, iRecruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Time & Labor (OTL), and Onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis & Solution Design: Collaborate with business teams to analyze and translate HRMS requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Implementation & Configuration: Configure the HRMS modules, design workflows, and conduct end-to-end testing.
- Training & Support: Deliver user training, assist with cutover activities, and provide post-go-live support.
- Customization & Enhancements: Hands-on expertise in Personalization, Workflow, and Design Studio for process optimization.
- Technical Knowledge (Preferred): Exposure to HDL, OTBI Dashboards, and SQL for data migration and reporting.
