Responsibilities

• Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, and integrations.
• Experience in data conversions and migration projects using HDL, HSDL, and PBL.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Develop, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Labor, and ORC.
• Having Redwood Knowledge is an added advantage.
• Functional knowledge is an added advantage.
