About the Role

The Selected Position Title at Apps Associates is in charge of maintaining, updating, and Implementing changes In Oracle HCM Cloud. We have a people focus culture and Apps, therefore, delivering high caliber people experience in our People Operations Team is as important as the delivery of technical skills. The individual hired into this role will need to have the ability to understand business objectives and needs and translate it into the requirements needed for configuring appropriate solutions for various fields and workflows within the CORE HR functionality of the system. This role will partner with all members of People Operations and People Team, to understand our global system needs and products.

As a detailed oriented, organized individual with excellent communication skills, you will be integral to delivering world-class solutions for Apps Associates within our People Team. The People Operations team includes individuals who have a passion and talent for what they do. They have a collaborative approach and a curious and positive mindset and they own the following categories on the team: Generalist, HRIS, Immigration, Payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Internal HCM modules below for Apps People Operations Team
  • Oracle Fusion HCM Suite Core HR and Recruiting is a must. Experience working on Compensation module will be a strong advantage
  • Experience in Reporting BI and OTBI
  • Implementation and support
  • Support the daily operations, maintenance, and fine-tuning of HRIS consistently focusing on optimizing processes
  • Update and upload required annual entry into Oracle HCM
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
  • Understanding of and appropriate user security set up
  • Assist in developing and implementing processes to streamline and automate workflow translate objectives into workable features within Oracle HCM
  • Support integrations between HRIS and other systems
  • Consistently test and validate to ensure accurate data and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal partners, external vendors, upper management, and other regions to translate objectives into workable features within Oracle HCM
  • Gather data, prepare custom reports, automate reports, and analyze data with useful HR metrics and presentations
  • Support special projects and perform other related duties and projects as assigned
  • Work closely with multi region HR teams to develop appropriate solutions for enhancements in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing and providing quick user guides

Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of Functional experience in HCM Modules with at least 3-4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

Required Skills

  • Preferred experience in at least 2 of the following areas of HCM (example: Core HR, recruiting, Compensation)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solutions driven and resourceful thinking
  • Assist customers with Quarterly Patching / Upgrades performing impact analysis and explaining the new features that come out of Quarterly Release.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle HCM certification(s) preferred, with the ability to acquire and maintain various additional certifications
