Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Preferred)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant to support a large healthcare organization in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Benefits, with a strong emphasis on U.S. retirement benefits and alignment with Core HR. The consultant will play a critical role in standardizing benefit and retirement plan structures across multiple legal employers while ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations and internal governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional configuration and support of Oracle HCM Benefits, tightly integrated with Oracle Core HR
  • Analyze current retirement and benefits structures and support implementation efforts to align eligibility rules and benefit plans across multiple legal employers
  • Configure and manage U.S. retirement benefits including 401(k) plans, pension plans, eligibility rules, and plan structures
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based business and HR stakeholders to validate requirements, identify gaps, and deliver compliant benefit designs
  • Support system testing, data validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution related to benefits and retirement configurations
  • Ensure configurations comply with healthcare industry standards, internal policies, and applicable U.S. regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8–10 years of experience with Oracle HCM, with strong depth in Oracle HCM Benefits
  • Hands-on functional configuration experience in Oracle HCM Benefits
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Core HR dependencies and integrations
  • Experience supporting multiple legal employers and complex eligibility rules
  • Experience working with U.S. stakeholders in a global delivery model
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience supporting healthcare organizations
  • Exposure to U.S. regulatory considerations for benefits and retirement plans
  • Post-implementation support or benefits optimization experience
