Role Overview

We are hiring multiple positions for Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants for both permanent and contract roles.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong functional expertise across key modules. This is a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM
• Manage support and enhancement activities
• Gather business requirements and design solutions
• Perform end-to-end solution testing
• Validate existing solutions and recommend improvements
• Handle end-to-end integrations and custom extensions
• Manage data loads, reporting, and integrations
• Coordinate with clients and maintain documentation

Mandatory Skills

Functional Expertise

• Strong functional knowledge in respective modules
• Rich experience with both breadth and depth, with expertise in at least 2 or more modules
• Modules include:
• Fusion Core HR
• Talent Management
• Compensation & Benefits
• Self Service Applications

Techno-Functional Exposure

• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• HCM Extracts
• BI Reports / OTBI
• Fast Formulas
• Basic integrations
• OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)

Experience Required

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM
• Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects
• Minimum 2 support / enhancement projects

Qualifications

• B.Tech
• MBA (HR) (preferred)

Other Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Proven client-facing experience
