As part of Next Gen Finance, we are expanding our offshore team and hiring experienced Oracle Fusion Consultants across Financials and EPM to help build a robust, scalable financial systems platform.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ARCS Consultant specializing in the implementation, configuration, and management of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). This role focuses on helping organizations streamline and automate financial account reconciliation processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The role requires a strong blend of financial domain expertise and technical Oracle EPM knowledge.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Implementation and Configuration
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementation projects
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design solution architecture and configure ARCS to align with reconciliation processes
Solution Design and Best Practices
- Provide expert guidance on ARCS functionality
- Recommend best practices to optimize reconciliation workflows
- Collaborate with business users to understand financial challenges and propose effective solutions
Data Integration
- Configure and manage integrations between ARCS and ERP or General Ledger systems
- Ensure accurate and timely data flow for reconciliation
Testing and Support
- Develop and execute test plans
- Lead user acceptance testing
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
Training and Documentation
- Conduct end-user training sessions
- Create and maintain functional design documents and configuration documentation
Project Management
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical and Functional Expertise
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with strong focus on ARCS
- Proven experience in one or more full-lifecycle Oracle ARCS implementations
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, particularly account reconciliation processes
- Experience working with ERP and General Ledger systems
- Experience with FCCS is a strong plus
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
Certifications
- Oracle EPM or ARCS certification is preferred but not mandatory
