Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle ARCS implementations, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Partner with finance, accounting, and IT teams to understand reconciliation processes and translate them into optimized ARCS configurations.
  • Design and configure reconciliation profiles, formats, and rules within ARCS.
  • Develop and manage data integration between ARCS and source systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, SAP).
  • Define and implement automation of reconciliations and matching rules to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead workshops, design sessions, and user training to ensure smooth adoption of ARCS solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Oracle EPM Cloud modules (FCCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, etc.) as needed.
  • Drive best practices, governance, and documentation across reconciliation and close processes.
  • Provide guidance to junior consultants and ensure quality delivery across project phases.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud updates, patches, and ARCS features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8 years of overall experience, with at least6+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud (ARCS/FCCS)implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of financial close, reconciliation, and accounting processes.
  • Hands-on experience in ARCS configuration including profiles, reconciliation types, automation rules, data loads, and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of Oracle EPM Automate, Data Management (FDMEE), and integration tools.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery (requirements through go-live).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead client workshops or offshore teams.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certification (preferred).
