Oracle EPM (HFM) Consultant

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including at least 1 full life cycle implementation.
• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications including EPBCS modules (Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects) and EPCM.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, application forms, and complex business rules.
• Collaborate with FP&A and business stakeholders to drive planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Perform functional administration, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
• Strong knowledge of dependencies and interrelationships across EPM Cloud components to ensure seamless integration within the financial ecosystem.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for system processes and configurations.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM roadmap to identify opportunities for process improvements and adoption of new features.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement.
• Good to have: Experience with EDMCS, Python, and AWS Cloud (Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge).
